Can't access my fb account

Hello,


I tried to recover the account but it still doesn't work.
It continues to ask me for security checks,but for the security checks the only two options are to receive a code on a phone number I no longer use or have access to and the second is to get the code to my email which is also my old email which I don't remember..as well due to the fact that I was automatically signed off
Any ideas how to fix these problem or how to contact Facebook for support
