Hi,
If you've forgotten the email address registered to your Messenger account, you can retrieve it by signing in to your Facebook account. Go to Settings and under General Account Settings, click Contact.
Note: you can access your Facebook or Messenger account by entering your phone number or Facebook username, as you've forgotten the email address.
