Problem with my gmail outlook

Hello,
I want to use my outlook with my Gmail Account. I had been fill all the neccessay information according to the outlook. But when go for ''Test Account setting'' It complete the all ''Establish network connection'', ''Find the outgoing mail server'', ''Find the incoming mail server'', and ''loging onto incoming mail server'' that time it show the error me that is '' Send test e-mail message: Unable to send Test Message. Please Verify the E-mail Addres failds.'' But i had verify the no of time my e-mail address. So no please tell me how to resolve the problem.
