Account temporarily locked

Hi,

So my insta profile was deleted a few weeks ago. I created another profile and it is ‘temporarily locked’ now because I was using the app Reports+ and that’s against the rules apparently.

Contrary to what happened to me before, where it was deleted and my friends could no longer find it, now they can still see this new profile and even DM me but I don’t know how to regain access to it.

When I open Instagram I see a sign: Temporarily locked, bla bla bla. Then I click on ‘continue’ and there is another sign: ‘Help us confirm you own this account’, I click on ‘Get help logging in’ (which is the only option at this point) and I am directed to the Help Centre. I cannot find my way into my profile again as there is no verification code or change of password option, only guidelines.

Can anyone help please?
