                    You probably caused a hard short circuit in the port. 
Try to reset the power supply firstly. In most cases, just pull the power cable for 15–30 seconds and then plug it back in and try to boot up.
Otherwise you may have broken the port and have set up a permanent short. To fix that, open the case and disconnect the wires leading to that headset port. Repeat the power supply reset, and see if that works. If so, replace or permanently disconnect the damaged port.
If neither of those steps work, you may have a damaged motherboard of power supply. Do swap testing if possible, or take it to a service center.
