Hi,
Instagram can block you when you're doing repetitive actions such as commenting a large number of posts or following many accounts in just a few minutes. The action block usually takes 24 hours, but it can take up to 30 days in some cases.
As you've already reported the problem to Instagram, I suggest you wait a few weeks to get a return. Meanwhile, try logging out from your account, clearing your browser's cache and cookies and logging in again.
