Hello, I guess if this is the specific activity trends of your followers then it may differentiate from the more generalised TikTok advice. Certainly based on this graph it looks like the best time for your specific situation may be to post around 6pm.
What you can do is try a few different times of day and see which is the best. Although, bare in mind that the activity levels at 6pm on a Sunday may differ from 6pm on a Friday for example.
So what you could do is post at 6pm for one week, then try 7pm, then 8pm etc until you find what works best for you.
