First of all try restarting your device. If this doesn't work, log out from the TikTok app and go to Settings > Applications > TikTok > Storage. Choose Clear cache and Clear data.
Uninstall TikTok and reinstall it again. Now try logging in to the app. If the problem persists, try connecting to WiFi instead of cellular data and make sure the date and time are set correctly.
