Hello,
I jut bought ipod shuffle 3rd generation, but i cant install itune. I go to itunes .com , download it and when its installing it appers
you administrator has give orders no to let this installation go on.
I cant contact him because he is in the India
what do I do please help....

You will need your administrator password to be able to install itunes!

Contact your administrator by anyway or wait he is coming back.
