Not able to send an mp4 file

Hello,
I am trying to send an mp4 file but I getting error popup "Can't send video. Choose a different video and try again".

The video file is getting played via VLC player successfully.

Please suggest.

Hi,

If your video is larger than 16 MB, then it can't be sent trough WhatsApp as this is the size limit allowed for media content by the messaging app.

The mp4 file that I am trying to send via whatsapp is about 2 MB to 3 MB in size

Try the following:
  • Use a Wifi connection instead of a cellular network if possible,
  • Check if WhatsApp is up to date,
  • Reconvert again your video in MP4 format.
