Hello,
My instagram account was deactivated due to copyright reasons. I was told the block would expire after 30 days. It's been 43 days now and my account isn't back yet.

System Configuration: iPhone / Chrome 87.0.4280.77

Have you tried to make appeal? If not, here is the link to submit your appeal to Instagram. Also, make sure that you haven't breached Instagram's Community Guidelines.

I have appealed several times but the conversation ends up breaking down because they stop replying after a while

Try waiting a few days/weeks. They may take some time to process appeals.
