Help with my sd card. please.

Hello,
i have a micro sd adapter memory card and whenever i plug it into my pc nothing shows up. is there another way to transfer music from my pc to my memory card without using this?

Hye you will need to install your card reader driver on your pc! You can find the driver in your driver cd!
