Hello, you should be able to restart your Lenovo laptop with this keyboard shortcut:

Here are five suggestions for you. Read any that apply.
On your system, press Windows + R.
“MSConfig” should appear in the dialog box.
Select Boot from the drop-down menu.
Now select Safe Boot from the drop-down menu and click Apply.
To apply the changes, click the Restart button in System Configuration.
