Facebook 2 Factor Authentication Codes

After my Facebook account was hacked, FB reset my my email address but also set up 2FA. Unfortunately they didn't send me a 2FA code. As a result, I can enter my email and password OK but Fb then requests a code which it is supposed to send me via SMS. After three months of asking, I still haven't received a 2FA code. I have filled out forms and sent iD without success. Requests to Fb seem to be ignored. They will let me change my password but won't send me a 2FA code. This seems to be a problem experienced by a lot of users.

Does anyone here have any ideas or, better still a working solution?

Hello, if you haven't received you Facebook Code, have a look at this article which explains what to do.

You can also follow the steps here on the Facebook support page if you created your account with a mobile device.
