Hello,
My facebook account and email associated to the account were both hacked but I have regained control of the email and am trying to reset the password for the facebook account but am not receiving the 6 digit code. I dont know if this is due to the account being disabled. I have tried to fill out the disabled account form but it wont let me submit and directs me to login, its been an ongoing circle for MONTHS and i need access to that account. PLEASE HELP ANYONE SINCE FB DOESNT HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Hello, if you haven't received you Facebook Code, have a look at this article which explains what to do.

You can also follow the steps here on the Facebook support page if you created your account with a mobile device.

Sorry, but this doesn't work. All details are correct and I have already contacted my email provider and all settings are in order. I'm not sure what to do now.
