Log in approval.code issue

Hello,
I just want a help, i cant find my code generator or the log in. It always pop up that they already sent a code to my phone eventhough i link my number to my fb acc. Always says that to see my code generator just go to the settings on my fb profile, but how can i get there my fb acc was rhe problem it cant access

You can also follow the steps here on the Facebook support page if you created your account with a mobile device.
