Has my account been deleted ??

Hello,
I cannot access my account and just shows my name and pic no posts or followers etc and when I try to log in it logs in and then says challenge required but just keeps loading and doesn’t do anything ? Why is this what can I do ?
I’ve tried looking at it through someone else’s account and it’s still there you just can’t see anything

Hi,

Can you explain what means "challenge required"? Are you trying to access your account from the website or through the application?

Log out from all devices on which you're currently logged into your account if this is the case. Next, check that the Instagram app is up to date and try logging in again.

If you still can't access your account, uninstall the app, restart your iPhone and reinstall Instagram. If the issue persists, try resetting your password by selecting Forgot Password on the login screen.
