Black screen problem... HELP

Hello, im Esther, I live in Bolivia, cant find any soluttion to my problem, and cant really afford to replace anything.
I was updating the BIOS, my computer unplugged and now the screen is black, I have tried any solution I came across on the internet and nothing worked, please help.



System Configuration: Windows / Chrome 89.0.4389.114

i'd have this problem with acer laptop .. Is your computer boot up but .. screen still black ??

did you try to link your laptop with an external screen using VGA OR HDMI. this is the method i use until i install graphic card drivers and reset bios to default .. try this method.
