Hi,
Shutting down a PC during an update may cause serious damage to the operating system. You can try to repait it by performing the following steps.
Press and hold the Shift key while you select Power > Restart. After your PC restarts, you will see the "Choose an option" screen.
Select Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Command Prompt.
Type the following:
Press Enter.
Press Enter.
Restart your PC.
In case you still encounter the problem, you will need to backup your data on an external drive and reinstall Windows.

- DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
Press Enter.
- sfc /scannow
