System restore

Hello,
i currently attempted a system restore and it was half way through the process then a friend pulled the plug out of the socket now when i turn the computer on i get the windows logo and it just wont go to main screen and keeps rebooting help please

ok restart you pc and press f8 before the windows logo goto safe mode and do a restore from there hope this helps you

hay my computer is sorta the asme it will go to the the sart up screen with repair and start windows normaly but what ever i click it just stays black and crashes also i have gotten onto the f8 screen and when i click on system restore all it does is go to the sae black screen an nothing else pls help
