Good Day.

I'm struggling to log retrieve my hotmail email. My friend made an email for me and we both forgot my email password. Unfortunately it is linked to my facebook and I can no longer access it. I also deactivated my accout before. Can I get assistance on retrieving my hotmail password please

I have tried that method multiple times and it was unsuccessful. Any other suggestions of how to fix the problem?
