Hi,
To enable VOLTE, for an Android phone, go to:
Then turn on the Enable VOLTE option.
For an iPhone, go to:
Then enable the LTE and VOLTE options.
Note: If the VOLTE option is not available, contact your mobile service provider.
To enable VOLTE, for an Android phone, go to:
- Settings
- Network & Internet
- Mobile network
- Preferred network type
- 4G (preferred)/3G/GSM
Then turn on the Enable VOLTE option.
For an iPhone, go to:
- Settings
- Cellular
- Cellular Data
- Cellular Data Options
- Voice & Data
Then enable the LTE and VOLTE options.
Note: If the VOLTE option is not available, contact your mobile service provider.
