Hello,

Monitor not working,. Brand.new, bought it last Friday, 6/4/21)
It goes into save mode and won’t come out. I use it as a TV hooked up to Direct TV only so I cannot use a computer to change the settings!!! It’s driving me nuts!!

Hello, from the Dell Forum

Turn the monitor off
Disconnect every cable (including the power cable) from the rear and side of the monitor
Press the monitor power button in for 8 seconds
Reconnect the power cable and a single video cable to the monitor and retest
