Hello,

Monitor not working,. Brand.new, bought it last Friday, 6/4/21)
It goes into save mode and won’t come out. I use it as a TV hooked up to Direct TV only so I cannot use a computer to change the settings!!! It’s driving me nuts!!
System Configuration: iPhone / Safari 604.1

Hello, from the Dell Forum
  • Turn the monitor off
  • Disconnect every cable (including the power cable) from the rear and side of the monitor
  • Press the monitor power button in for 8 seconds
  • Reconnect the power cable and a single video cable to the monitor and retest
