Hacked account

Hello,

My account was hacked 4 days ago, they changed my email, password and phone number... even though I had two step authorization on. Now i cannot reset my password, or even use my mobil to verify me... Every time I try to do the "My account was comprimised" it can not find me. My friends and family can not find my account either to report it hacked. I tried submitting my ID to facebook but it nothing has happend. Every time i try to reset it, it tells me I need to LOG IN to facebook to do something and I CANT FREAKING LOG IN. Or if I get to the change my password it says I can't use this feature right now, I've tried every day 3 or 4 times a day and nothing.

What do I do?
