Cannot download any files

Hello,
I cannot download any files to my cellphone nokia 6300.. Do i need any kind of software in my cellphone?

hi there,

you need to have internet activated on your mobile,

call and ask your network supplier if you don't have it activated

once activated you can surf and download

no software is needed
