Unable to download itunes

Hello,
My computer will not let me download itunes. When the page to downlaod it comes up, it just say's, ' Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage' and the same thing on firefox. And I need to download apps for my iPod touch. Can anybody help me figure out how to download apps without itunes?

hi there,

first of all go to your browser settings or tools?>

clear private data,cookies and history

Then restart your browser

and follow link:

https://www.apple.com/itunes/

download and transfer your files
