My Facebook account has been hacked

Hello,

My Facebook account has been hacked today morning by a pro hacker. He changed my account name, mobile number, account picture and he used my credit card info on my facebook Ad account to issue two invoices.

I've tried many times for retrieving my account but useless as I changed the password and facebook ask for the 6-digit code which I couldn't receive it because he changed the mobile number.

My account is connected with facebook page, facebook business account, Ad account which all of the I cannot access to.

Please any help shall be appreciated.
