We don't know about which computer you're talking about. If that computer runs under Windows 10, you can change the language by following these few steps:

We don't know about which computer you're talking about. If that computer runs under Windows 10, you can change the language by following these few steps:
- Go to Settings (Press the Windows + I keys at the same time).
- Select Time & Language (Icon with a clock and letters).
- Select Region & Language (Second option in the left pane).
- In the second drop down menu, you can set your preferred language.
