Instagram IGTV Grid Preview

Hello,
I am having a major issue with instagram at the moment. The grid previews of all my previously posted IGTV videos all of a sudden have been weirdly scaled in. This was not how I configured the cover images to be be originally. This makes my business look really bad to potential clients. This issue only appears to happen when viewing my Instagram page @*** on mobile. When I hop on desktop all seems fine.

Please somebody help me.

Hello,

I'm sorry to hear about this. Do you know if the issue persists from other smartphones? I checked your Instagram account from my phone and everything looks fine!

Does yours look like this? - See how the IGTV thumbnails look really pixely. Instagram has zoomed in on them for somereason.

Hi,

I checked your account, and the thumbnails appear properly for me too.

It seems that you're using the Instagram app, right? Do the thumbnails appear zoomed in if you check your account from Safari, or another browser?
