well if you are not a admin on the computer then they might have settings makeing it where only they cn download.If that is so you can access the admin account by opening run and typing in cmd
in cmd type in net users
all the users of that computer should come up
then type in net user administrator *
this will allow you to change the admin password.
but you will not see yourlsef typeing in the password
