Disabled facebook account

My facebook account has been disabled for almost a week. I checked, it wasn't anything I did wrong. It says I can get back in if I use a device ive used before. I dont have my I pad anymore. My laptop ive never used before. But, its not working with my phone. I think someone may have tried to hack it. Its not the 1st time. And, there are a total of 9 facebook accounts in my name. I dont have that many. 1 of them has just an email, most of its my email, except the very end. Its .net. I cant get to speak to someone for free.
