CONTROL PANEL INSTEAD OF LOCKED FOLDER

Hello,
does anybody know how we can make the "safebox" in the locked folders appear again?Is there any explanation?
Everytime I lock a folder comes up an icon that if I click on it sends me to the control panel menu..!!

hi,

this may be due to a bug in the software.

uninstall the software and the install it again.

this may fix the problem.

I already did it but no difference...I still have the same problem..Sorry I didn't mentioned it in my post..
