I have 2 situation that i would like to have a translation site to help me (apart from yandex).

1 when i have a text i can select copy paste.

2 when the text is not pastable like inscripted inside a website image or something.

i search for sort of quality translation not el chepo we cant figure out tx.

Try Deepl, it offers a good translation quality and it is available on PC and mobile. To translate images, you can use your phone's camera through Google Translate.
