Hi,
Try reinstalling the game or restoring your system to a restore point. To restore your system to a restore point, here are the steps.
Open the Run window by pressing at the same time the Windows and R keys. Type rstrui.exe and press Enter. Select Recommended restore, then select a restore point prior to deletion of the files.
