Hi,
Try the following steps. This will power reset your laptop.
If your laptop starts working again, then turn it off and reconnect the battery. If you have a non-removable battery, you can follow these same steps without removing the battery.

Try the following steps. This will power reset your laptop.
- Power off the laptop,
- Disconnect all peripherals devices,
- Remove the charger and battery,
- Press and hold the Power button for 30 seconds,
- Reconnect the charger,
- Press the Power button to turn the laptop on.
If your laptop starts working again, then turn it off and reconnect the battery. If you have a non-removable battery, you can follow these same steps without removing the battery.
