Try the methods described in this article to recover your Gmail account. If you don't have access to the recovery option suggested by Google, select Try another way. You can also answer Google's questions to prove that you're the legitimate owner of the account - answer as best you can.

I did that... I verified by email and phone, and it keeps sending me an email saying I'm already signed into Google so they are dismissing the case, but I cannot get in my email. I've tried 20 times, and it goes through a loop. I even tried calling the Cali office... can't reach a person. It's driving me crazy, honestly.
