I did that... I verified by email and phone, and it keeps sending me an email saying I'm already signed into Google so they are dismissing the case, but I cannot get in my email. I've tried 20 times, and it goes through a loop. I even tried calling the Cali office... can't reach a person. It's driving me crazy, honestly.
