To install you just have to insert the DVD and then you will be asked if you wish to install the game!
To uninstall go to Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs! Select the sims you want to remove.. click on Uninstall!

hi Meagan its really simple you just have to go to control panel add\remove then you select the game and you remove it my dear;-)
