Hello,
I have an older model acre aspire one mini laptop that use windows xp ! Why can’t I use the web ? I’ve tried everything it always say the same thing “ windows cannot connect to the internet using HTTP, HTTPS, or FTP. This is probably caused by firewall settings on this computer . Check firewall settings for the HTTP port 80, HTTPS port 443 and FTP port 21
You might need to contact ur internet service provider (ips) or the manufacturer of your firewall software. Can someone please tell me what the hell to do step by step please. And thank you

System Configuration: iPhone / Safari 14.1.2

Solution:
- Open the “Start” menu.
- Click on “Settings.”
- In the “Find a Setting” search box, type in “Firewall.”
- Click on “Windows Firewall.”
- On the left, click on “Allow an app or feature through Windows Firewall.”
- Now, the “Allowed App” windows will pop up. Click on the “Change Settings” button.
- Check the boxes next to the apps or programs you want to allow through the Windows Firewall.
- Don’t forget to also check the boxes under the type of networks that will allow this communication (private or public).
- Click on “OK” to save your new settings.

Regards,
Peter
