My password was changed

Hello,

Last night I was trying to login to my Gmail account and is telling me my Gmail account password have changed by unknown person. I tried to login but it keeps on replying that the password has changed 59days ago and have lost the phone and sim I used ... so please help me to recover my account.... thanks

System Configuration: Android / Chrome 80.0.3987.99
