hi,
make sure that you are logged in the administrator account.
go to device manager by right-clicking on My Computer and then select manage
then click on device manager, find the pen drive, right-click on it and then format it.
this problem may be due to a virus as well.
scan the pen drive with an antivirus to clean it.
