Instagram not sending verification code

For the past week I haven't been able to login to instagram bcs I got logged out after installing a program on my computer that has now been removed. Despite many attempts at sending the verification codes to an email that I'm active on, I haven't received a single one. Not sure what to do

Hi,

Did you try the methods in this article? They should also work with Instagram.

Hi is this problem solved by now? Because I’m experiencing the same problem. The code is not sending I don’t know what to do.
