Pc to phone connect

Hello,
i have a nokia 3230 phone , a laptop and a wireless router , i am easily able to connect my laptop with the wifi router and use net on my laptop.. i also want to use net on my phone..as my phone does not have wifi can i connect my phone with my laptop using bluetooth and use wireless net on my nokia 3230 using bluetooth...
i want to use my laptop as an intermediatery b/w the wifi router and my phone.....
router---laptop----bluetooth----phone
is this possible , if yes then how????
