Battery and mouse pad issue

Hello,
My connex laptop is not working. It switches off when the battery is full and now my mouse pad isn't working. I'd really appreciate some assistance.



System Configuration: Android / Chrome 99.0.4844.58

It must be the issue of laptop motherboard or ports, I also facing that problem on my old laptop (Mouse pad not working , battery full switched off).
