What I suggest, is to check the protocol and the third-level domain in your URL. Sometimes a mistake in one of these criteria, although minor, can make a website inaccessible.
If you don't have an SSL certificate installed on your website, then use the http protocol to link to it. In addition, check whether your website is using a third-level domain (e.g. www) in the URL or not. You may need to add/remove it to make the link work.
Also, make sure that you don't leave blank spaces when inserting your URL in your bio.
