Hye there,
To solve this problem try to log on safe mode, Press F8 and select safe mode
Then you will be able to do system restore,
Press Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools
System Restore and choose a date when your pc was working fine
Then let the process to be done and restart your machine normally!
