Found WhatsApp has connected to many domains

Found WhatsApp is connecting to multiple domains and one is unnamed domains. I have asked WhatsApp support on what is that, how come the domain is unnamed and only stated IPs only. I have provided the screenshots and my mobile number but the strange part is WhatsApp support is keep diverting my question to others issue that is not related and avoiding. Totally sent to WhatsApp for about 20 emails and non of email get their reply correctly. I wonder is there something secret that WhatsApp can’t let the user know?

So I get the same issue, only in a certain room in the house which I think interferes in my cellular connection, I go to the living room and it’s normal after.
