Today I lost my phone and my SIM card was on it and it contains all my documents can I recover my lost SIM card number

Hi,

Sorry to hear that - you should contact your mobile service provider to block the SIM card and to see what you can do. See also this article for the steps on how to find a lost or stolen phone.
