any can tell me if is possible install any Windows or Linux Systems in my iBook G4 Model: PowerBook 6,7 ???

Hello,

Windows can be installed only if you have an intel mac! You can install Ubuntu! It will work fine on your iBook!
Its better you use the latest ubuntu 9.04!
