Laptop only shows wallpaper, taskbar, and cursor.

Hello, my laptop is windows 11 and when I open my laptop it only shows the wallpaper,cursor , and taskbar. No icons appeared.

Hi,

Right-click on an empty space on your desktop, then select View > Show desktop icons.

I ran into a similar problem.

I was greeted with a log in screen. I can log in. But a empty wallpaper would greet me. Nothing works, no mouse cursor. Keyboard becomes unresponsive.

I had to reinstall windows 10, which solved the problem.
