A draft email that will not disappear. Why???

It's been a year, and I have deleted a composed draft at least fifty (50) times, and every time I go back to yahoo mail, it boots to this deleted email. Why??? I have had three browsers, disk clean up utilities, at least thirty clean caches and this draft keeps reappearing even though I have deleted it literallyfifty (50) times. It just won't go away.  Why???

Windows 10 64 bit. It simply makes no sense why it will not stay deleted.

This issue is typically brought on by wrong SMTP server settings, while it can also frequently be attributed to a firewall or antivirus programme limiting access. Please try performing the following actions to fix this problem: Check to see whether you can send an email from your web mail.
